Self-improvement can be a real struggle if you don’t have someone by your side, which is why I’m here to act as a trainer, mentor and cheerleader all rolled into one. A passion for helping others

Over the years I’ve known a lot of people who tried to lose weight and failed. Perhaps just as bad, some did lose weight but a few months or even years later they put it all back on again. This is sad to see as they clearly put in a good effort, they simply lacked the right methodology for effective and long-term weight loss. That’s what inspired me to train as a hypnotherapy practitioner and offer FATnosis sessions to men and women aged 18 and over across the UK. 

It's all about the mindset

The key thing to remember is that hypnotherapy isn’t about taking away your self-control –  quite the opposite, in fact. Once we’ve discussed your goals, the sessions will guide you into a state of hypnosis. This is a relaxed state of consciousness similar to meditation (a far cry from the swinging pocket watch and clucking like a chicken that people often associate with hypnosis). I’m then able to offer suggestions to your subconscious mind, which will include thinking about food in a more practical way; understanding how bad eating habits affect your physical size, mood and overall health; and how to take control over what you eat and how often.

I want you to feel good about yourself

Offering weight loss hypnotherapy programmes to people from all walks of life is incredibly rewarding, as I get to see my clients build their self-esteem and overcome difficult obstacles. Unlike giving up unhealthy foods overnight, hypnosis allows you to see food from a different perspective, which in turn makes it a much easier and more natural process. That’s why so many people don’t just lose weight through hypnotherapy, they feel happy and empowered whilst doing it!
